Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: March 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how our platform may be used by business customers and their authorised users. By accessing the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Permitted Use
Our platform may only be used for lawful recruitment, talent assessment, and workforce evaluation purposes. Business customers must ensure their use complies with all applicable UK law, including the Equality Act 2010, the Employment Rights Act 1996, and UK GDPR.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the platform to:
- Engage in discriminatory hiring practices on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation under the Equality Act 2010.
- Upload, create, or distribute false, misleading, or fraudulent assessments or candidate data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its infrastructure, or the data of other customers or candidates.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious or harmful code.
- Use the platform to harass, intimidate, or harm candidates or other users.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content or assessment materials for use outside the platform without prior written consent.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the platform to unauthorised third parties.
- Process special category data (as defined under UK GDPR Article 9) without appropriate safeguards and, where required, explicit candidate consent.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Business customers are responsible for ensuring their authorised users comply with this policy. Customers act as data controllers for candidate data processed through the platform and must have a lawful basis for doing so. Customers must provide candidates with appropriate privacy information before assessment.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy — including a potential security incident or misuse of candidate data — please contact us immediately via our contact page.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Confirmed violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access, without refund, and we may report serious breaches to the ICO or other relevant authorities where required.
